- Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Self check-in via a key box, access 24/7.
- Price: from €90 to €150 per night depending on the season. A cleaning fee of €60 per stay is added to the nightly rate and is included in the final price shown before payment. Bed linen and towels provided. Tourist tax included.
- Minimum stay: 1 to 3 nights depending on the period.
- Private, free parking available on the property.
- Pets allowed: 1 pet maximum per stay.
- Payment of the full amount when booking online, by credit or debit card.
- €500 security deposit held as a card pre-authorisation through Swikly (nothing is charged), released within 48 hours after departure.
- Cancellation: full refund within 24 hours of booking and, in any case, up to 5 days before arrival (4 pm); from 5 days before arrival, all nights are refunded except the first one; no refund after arrival.
